View Tax Year Revision Exports

View tax year assessments and revisions that have been submitted to the PUBLIQ Auditor/Treasurer system via the interface.

When the Submit Changes button is selected on a parcel assessment, the Auditor/Treasurer system picks up the changes.

Prerequisites

View Processes permission is required to access the Tax Year Revision Export process.

View tax year revision exports

  1. From the left-side navigation, select Processes.

  2. Under the Exports section, select Tax Year Revision Exports.

  3. To search for exports submitted during a specific date range, enter or select the dates in the Enter Dates From and To fields.

  4. Select Search Log.

The exports display in the Tax Year Revision Exports Log grid.

Tip: To view the record of a parcel included in the export process, select the hyperlink.

View pending submissions

View pending revisions that have not yet been sent to the Auditor/Treasurer system.

Note: All pending submissions display regardless of the date range searched.

  1. From the left-side navigation, select Processes.

  2. Under the Exports section, select Tax Year Revision Exports.

  3. View any pending revisions in the Pending Submissions grid.

    Once the revisions are sent to the Auditor/Treasurer system, they move to the Tax Year Revision Exports Log.
